RackNine's government cheque
We learned this week about thousands of illegal phone calls done
in dozens of ridings across the country in an apparent shocking attempt
to disrupt the vote.
The Conservatives went into damage control and found the man they wanted to blame for it all: a lone twenty-something campaign worker in Guelph.
But RackNine and its owner Matt Meier are well connected to the Conservative Party. See attached photo of Meier on tarmac as part of Harper's 2008 honour guard:

And documents from Elections Canada link the Conservative central campaign to RackNine for national voice broadcasts.
And now we unearth photos of an excited Meier receiving Government of Canada cheques.
On September 10th 2010, Meier posted a picture of himself with a cheque from the government of Canada, attached, with the caption "It's true, the government does pay!"
Meier further explained: "it's to the company for some services rendered"
With RackNine at the centre of the fraudulent election call controversy, we have some questions for the government.
Which department paid for these services?
And what services did Meier and RackNine render for his Conservative government buddies?
