Paul Dewar will present his campaign's major foreign policy speech at McGill

MONTREAL - New Democrat leadership candidate Paul Dewar will present a major speech on his vision for Canada's foreign policy to an audience of students and faculty at McGill.

"Under my leadership, Canada will be a responsible leader in a changing world," said Dewar who served as Jack Layton's foreign affairs critic for 5 years. "We will project a bold and ambitious agenda for cooperation. We will be committed to building a more compassionate, peaceful and sustainable world."
